Additionally, the bill will phase out private detention facilities, require an immigration warrant for all detentions, and ban detention of aliens under 21, over 60, pregnant, LGBTQ, victims or witnesses of crimes, filed a nonfrivolous civil rights or workplace claim, has a serious mental or physical illness, or disability, has been determined to have credible fear, has limited English and isn't given access to language services quickly, or has experienced "gender-based violence."
